RSPO - 5th Roundtable Meeting on Sustainable Palm Oil

PT. Musim Mas is an Indonesian company with activities centering on its core business of palm oil cultivation and processing. Its vision is to be a fully integrated palm oil corporation that is renowned for the quality of its people and its products. It has a diversified portfolio of products and assets, which includes plantations, palm oil mills, palm oil refineries, palm kernel crushing plants, soap plants, margarine plants and oleochemical plants. Its horizontal integration includes grain terminal, bulking installations at 15 ports in Indonesia, fleet of trucks, road tankers and ocean tankers. The group owns the largest palm oil refinery in the world and is among the biggest players in the vegetable oil refining and soap manufacturing industries in Indonesia. PT. Musim Mas has won the Indonesian Best Exporter Award eight times since 1992 from the Indonesian government with exports to 83 countries. We provide employment to about 10,000 people and as the first Indonesia member of RSPO, we have adopted the RSPO Code of Conduct and our operations are guided by our sustainability policy and management system to produce sustainable palm oil.
